I know organizations from the inside. And the outside.
I'm Dr. Tina Dingel, and I've worked across a wide range of organizations. Startups. International corporations. I've been a managing director and a division head multiple times, responsible for teams and budgets. I know the other side just as well: as a team member, I've been through reorganizations, reported to eleven different managers, and felt firsthand what good and bad leadership means.
I've deepened that hands-on experience with systemic training — an approach that originally comes from organizational consulting and has long been established in both fields: coaching leaders as much as working with organizations as a whole. Today, I help leadership teams set up structures and collaboration so that they actually work.
MY PATH.
- I learned early on what responsibility means. As managing director of Europe's largest student consultancy, as one of the first employees at PayPal Germany, and in a leadership role at a femtech company (digital women's health). I'm at home with technology and with the demands of various regulated markets.
- One question ran through all of these roles: how do people work together effectively, efficiently, and with genuine enjoyment? In 2024, I started my own practice to help others achieve exactly that — structures and collaboration that work. And work that's worth it.
- I complement my practical experience with continuous professional development. Including systemic training at artop Berlin and, currently, a program called "The Zen of Coaching.
HOW I SEE CONSULTING.
Impact
What we develop has to land in everyday work, not just on paper. I work with your context rather than from templates, and I stay with it until change genuinely works.
Clarity
I say what I see, even when it's uncomfortable. And I do it in a way you can actually hear.
Responsibility
Good consulting needs both: someone to guide, and someone to walk. I bring structure, clarity, and method. You bring the will to change.
Humanity
Organizations are made of people. Achieving results while staying warm and considerate isn't a contradiction for me. It's a prerequisite.
Humor
Difficult topics are sometimes easier to raise with the right tone. For me, humor isn't a way to deflect but a way to open up. It makes discussable what would otherwise just hang in the room.
MY FOCUS AREAS.
